Overview of Playzee Bonus Rules

These Bonus Rules govern all bonuses, free spins, no deposit offers and other promotions offered by Playzee on the Site. They operate in conjunction with the General Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, Promotional Specific Terms prevail over these Bonus Rules, and these Bonus Rules prevail over the standard terms only to the extent expressly stated herein.

Eligibility and Account Restrictions

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are subject to the following limitations. Each bonus is awarded to one person, one home address, one device, one IP address, one email address, one payment method and one account. The operator reserves the right to refuse a bonus to any individual or group at its sole discretion. Players must be fully verified to receive bonuses. Bonus Types

The Playzee bonus framework may include Casino bonuses, Sports bonuses and No Deposit bonuses or Free Spins. Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Wallet and may be convertible to real money only after satisfying the applicable wagering requirements. Free spins entitle the player to play specified slots with outcomes that may generate only bonus winnings, subject to wagering terms. Activation and Claiming

Bonuses must be claimed in accordance with the Promotional Specific Terms before playing with the qualifying deposit. Wagering Requirements and Cashing Out

Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and, where applicable, to the qualifying deposit. Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirements are 25 times for Casino bonuses and 16 times for Sports bonuses. Winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirements are satisfied. Any balance remaining on the bonus after the wagering period is complete may be converted to Cash upon fulfillment of the wagering obligations. If you forfeit the bonus, any associated winnings from that bonus are also forfeited.

Where a wagering period is specified, bonuses remain valid for that period. If wagering requirements are not met within the period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it shall be void.

Balance and Wagering Order

During an active bonus, real money is used before bonus funds for all wagers. Winnings earned while a bonus is active are added to the real cash balance, while the portion attributable to the bonus is held in the Bonus Wallet until the wagering is completed. If a bet uses bonus funds above the permitted amount or is placed on a game excluded from the bonus, the portion exceeding the limit may be counted toward wagering, and any excess winnings may be voided.

Betting Limits During Wagering

While a bonus is active, the following betting limits apply unless stated otherwise in the Promotion Specific Terms: the minimum bet per spin or round is 0.50 EUR (or currency equivalent) and the maximum bet per spin or round is 5 EUR (or currency equivalent). Bets that fall outside these limits may not count toward the wagering requirements, and any winnings from such bets may be voided. Some games may be excluded from wagering contributions altogether; consult the Promotion Specific Terms for explicit exclusions.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Interaction with Bonuses

If you make a new deposit while a bonus is active, the bonus may be forfeited. You may withdraw your original deposit amount at any time subject to verification checks. If you withdraw before completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance and related winnings will be forfeited. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they are used solely for wagering and may convert to cash upon meeting the promotional wagering terms.

Bonus Abuses and Prohibited Conduct

• Delaying game rounds or features to finish wagering after depositing funds or receiving a bonus.
• Use of multiple accounts or collusion with others to exploit offers.
• Equal, zero or low-margin betting intended to satisfy wagering requirements without real risk.
• Wagering on excluded games or using prohibited betting strategies to meet wagering obligations.
• Masking IP addresses or using VPNs to bypass geographic restrictions.
• Participation by ineligible persons, including employees and related parties, in offers.
• Any other acts that the operator reasonably deems to constitute abuse or fraud.

The operator may withhold, reclaim or cancel bonuses and any related winnings if such abuse is suspected. Repercussions may include account suspension or closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Promotions, Changes and Governing Law

In the event of a conflict, the Promotional Specific Terms prevail.
